I worked with James who was professional, careful and neat. He took great care and effort to avoid having to open up a visible portion of the wall not hidden by the cabinetry.

Carl repaired my undermount kitchen sink after it detached from the countertop. Turns out the original installation only used adhesive with no clips to support the sink's weight, which is why it failed over time. Carl applied new adhesive and added a wood support bar underneath for extra reinforcement. He was polite and professional throughout. I also asked him about a gap in the caulking where the tile backsplash meets the counter, and he happily recommended the right caulk to use and walked me through how to apply it. Really appreciated the extra help and the education, not just the fix. Would highly recommend Carl and Brass Tacks Plumbing.
